Following documents needs to be submitted by an Associate to HR department for issuance of a FTC (Fixed-term contract)
a. Latest Resume/Bio Data
b. Passport Size Photographs
c. Photocopy of Residential Proof / Driving License – IS MANDATORY
d. Photocopy of Education Proof
e. Photocopy of PAN Card IS MANDATORY
f. Photo Copy of AADHAAR Card – IS MANDATORY
g. In Case of An ESI Member, Photocopy Of ESI Card
h. PF Account Number If Currently Covered Under Provident Fund
i. Cancelled Cheque of currently operating bank account – Mandatory (refer Point ‘c’)
j. If Employed Previously, Pay Slip From Last 3 Months
Please note, to claim Provident Fund, it is mandatory to provide ones’ Aadhaar & PAN Card numbers along with a cancelled cheque. Absence of the above documents may result in Provident Fund not getting processed.
An associate’s payslip may show following deductions as standard deductions. However, an associate needs to check his/her appointment letter & depending on salary structure, deductions may differ.
a. Standard Statutory Deductions Are PF, ESI & Professional Tax
b. Income Tax As Per IT Act
c. In Case Of Excess Leaves Taken, Leave Will Be Treated As ‘LWP’ (Leave Without Pay)
d. Other Deductions Like Excess Money Claimed Over & Above Approved Limits Of Expense
Performance appraisal, Increment and Promotions would be based on self-performance. It would also be the client’s prerogative to deal with these matters as all associates, functionally, would be reporting to client officials.
9.1 Leave Policy – Objective:
9.1.1 Pousse Management Services believes that employees should have the opportunity to enjoy recreational time away from work to help balance their professional & personal lives. The Company encourages all employees to spend time with family for leisure, taking care of personal work, or rest due to medical reasons.
9.1.2 The policy outlines the, the applicability, rules and procedures with regard to consumption and approval of leave.
9.2 Applicability
9.2.1 As per prevailing statutory laws.
9.3 Eligibility
9.3.1 All associates are eligible for an annual leave as applicable
9.3.1 Leave calendar for Annual leave will be from January to December.
9.4 Maternity Leave
9.4.1 Maternity leave at Pousse shall be administered as per the prevailing Law/Act.
9.4.2 Eligible expecting women employees are entitled to maximum of 84 days of maternity leave.
9.4.3 All intervening holidays & weekends falling during this period of maternity leave are counted.
9.5 Extended Leave and Absconding
9.5.1 If any associate remains absent without information for more than 8 days (including weekly-offs, public holidays), he/she would be considered as to have voluntarily resigned & services shall be terminated with immediate effect.

9.5.2 In case, an associate has extended leave for more than 8 days over and above approved leave, it would be considered as a case of absconding and services could be terminated with immediate effect. Leave would be applicable for the associate basis their deputation or client’s work location. Your immediate supervisor shall approve your leave or other responsible authority assigned by the client.
